The golf course and staff are great. But on Monday’s the kitchen is closed and there was no cart person all day. So bring your own food and drinks. Too bad, because the cart girls are hot and the wings are good… if you (order them fresh cooked) not reheated. C’mon chef, nobody likes reheated day old wings.

Greens were decent, fairways were mostly dry grass, weeds and dirt. No cart girl. Staff in the clubhouse were very friendly. Lady in the bar needs to be replaced. She didn’t even acknowledge the 3 of us. We were gonna eat there after our round but after seeing how she talked to other patrons poorly and lack of attention towards us, we decided to eat in town. I’d recommended reaching for another $20 in your pocket and playing somewhere else. Definitely not worth anything over $25.

We have an upcoming company golf tournament being held at Eagle Creek. I’ve never played here before so one of my teammates and I thought it would be a good idea to play a round or 2 to get familiar. We went on GolfNow and found a hot deal for $26. It took me an hour to drive out there because I live on the south side of Lakeland. It was definitely worth the drive. Course was in great shape. Big fairways and almost pristine greens. Looks like greens had been plugged probably 2 months ago. Another couple weeks and they will be pristine. Cart girl came around 3 times during our round. Will definitely play Eagle Creek again.. and again.

I love playing this course. One of the best in central Florida. Fairways and greens are always in great shape. Beautiful course.

Staff was very friendly. Gentleman who gives the golf carts out could be replaced with someone who has more energy. We had to wait a few minutes while he was doing something in the back, and when he did come around, he walks very slow. Once out on the course, the pace of play was good. The fairway conditions were good, green conditions were excellent (almost pristine).
