Course is in great shape

Hard to believe Vaaler Creek is in such great shape. The fairways are lush, the greens are awesome. I can’t say enough good things about it. Especially, since there hasn’t been meaningful rainfall in quite a while.

The folks in charge are doing an excellent job keeping the course up.

I can’t wait to play it again

Hidden gem

The course is great. Layout is excellent and challenging. My only ding is that the greens seemed slow but it is winter conditions.
I enjoyed the course and will come back to play again. I recommend it!

Traps need work

The staff was great, the course layout was great, the fairways and greens were excellent. The sand traps were in bad shape. It was indicated that a day or so before, it had rained heavily. My thoughts are they should have drained better. Still had standing water in some.

Overall a nice course. I would play it again.
