It took a while but the greens are back! Can't say it's a complete 180 but they are so much better! Now I can invite my out of town guests back without shame and riducule. Great job SB staff!

Played On 04/18/2022Greens are HORRIBLE!!!
I don't know what happen here because there are other greens in New Orleans that are doing fine... I joined up with another single but ran into a log jam at 6. Of course no ranger! I couldn't take it after 9. Worst greens ever and slow play by a threesome and the turtle two with no ranger I was done.

I gave up on 4 balls that rolled into the 8" first cut.. Plus the mounds of old grass clippings made for a tough day finding balls. Sand on the greens, and a heat index of 102 made me wish I had chosen another course ...
We apologize that your experience was less than favorable while playing here. While there should be no excuses for us to not always be in top playing conditions we had recently Aerified our greens and did a light top dress this morning. We also had 16 inches of rain during a 14 day span that caused us to fall behind on mowing. Please accept our invitation to come back next week and play us again at no charge. Bayou Oaks City Park North Course

Had a blast... i joined up with another single for the front and two more guys to finish the round. I finished in 3 hours and 25 minutes.. Greens were in decent shape and pace was ok considering the number of golfers out... Weather was great too!!!

Played On 09/30/2019Greens appear to be getting worse again after trending up for nearly a month...
The first cut was too long... 1 foot from missing the fairway and u lose your ball unless u walk on top of it.. Greens had been headed in the right direction but not this time..
