I didn’t play this course because I had a family emergency. They would not refund or at least allow me to play again. I will no longer use this application and I’ve spent a lot of money with them

I have personal issue day before and golf now will not let me cancel. I will cancel my account and never use them again. I’ve spent over a thousand with this business and I’m out
We are very sorry for the inconvenience you experienced. Sounds like you prepaid for a Hot Deal on GolfNow. When this is the case, no money is paid to the pro-shop so there is no money that is owed back from the course. If you call GolfNow, they would be happy to rectify the situation. We hope this clears any confusion up and we hope you give us another try in the future.
