I’ve been late to my tee time both rounds here….. because….. they don’t have enough carts?

This course is in decent shape, and generally good fast greens. All of the greens are undulating, and a few pin placements are always borderline unplayable—as in getting the ball to stop anywhere near the hole.

Mgmt is running two 18-hole courses with insufficient carts for non members paying full rack rate.

Pace of play … varies. 4 hours starting near noon, but 3 hours for only 9 holes starting @ 3 pm.

Negatives: No rangers, no beverage cart, no gps.

Plus: electric carts.

Scenic public course course. Birds, lake, well treed.

Wide fairways, elevated greens.

Really nice veranda restaurant and bar overlooking the course. Free beer if you turn in your scorecard.

Given the doubling of greens fees over last season, this is a great value.

This course is interesting and challenging, but the experience is marred by 7-minute tee time intervals that are broken before you get off the first tee; and the placement of 3 Par-3 holes per side, no starter or marshals. 2:45 to play the front side. . Better once the 9-hole groups finished.

It’s in the middle of 1200 retirement homes, and more being built along the closing holes. The players and members I encountered were friendly and helpful, and knew etiquette and courtesy.

TIFF greens very good. Lush watered fairways (don’t lick your balls… recycled water!) decent grass tee s at range, good practice green.
Pace of play good to very good.
Lots of doglegs with risk/reward issues.

Some carts on last legs the only negative.

I’ve played this course every February for 7 years. Great but challenging layout. Good conditions, actual grass fairways. Practice green and grass range tees. Greens slower than usual this season.

Last year I paid 60 for an early afternoon 1:00 pm t time. Net with taxes and fees. This year, same date, same t time: $122!

With no gps in the cart, the value is dipping sharply.

This is a very challenging layout, but well maintained. Lots of water. Beautiful layout in an upscale development.

BUT......Scheduling foursomes at 7 minute intervals is insane. Waited every hole for the firmest 13 holes, sometimes backed up two foursomes. This all in the management. A private course that is losing members and has opened up to public play needs the money, I get it. But $80 plus tax should bring some level of integrity.

I’m 75. From forward tees this is still a challenging layout.

The fairways are lush, some of the best conditions I’ve played as a snowbird golfer in Florida. Actual marshals on course.

Friendly staff: started us on the back 9 on the day of a Sunday shotgun tourney ...no one in front of us. Check.

Reliable medium fast greens. Some tight lies in the rough, otherwise good fairways.

The Bermuda fairways are thin lies throughout, but the greens are exceptionally true and well maintained. Plenty of water hazards and sand.

The clubhouse is dated, but still good staff.

Pace of play: 3 hours from an 11 am tee time. Excellent!

Ive played Rosedale multiple times over the last 5 winters. A well manicured layout. I’m.an aspiring bogey golfer age 74. A great practice igreen and range.

No cart rangefinder is a big minus for $80. No sprinkler head yardage.

I’m hypoglycemic and have always brought a small soft cooler with fruit and sandwiches. Not this year! Wouldn’t even discuss.

The rack rate for 18 holes in January is up $30 to 80$ The value for price is fading

For a public Muni course, this was a much better value than Highland/Groves. I’ll be back.

Only downside no practice facility.

I'm a ,21 handicap, age 71,' and shot a 78 from the no 5 forward tees (5300 yards), a lifetime best. So take this review with that in mind.

It's a ways out to Ave Maria from Naples, but worth the drive. Best of the six public courses we played, and best value. Wide forgiving fairways. Did not have a bad lie. Best practice facilities we saw as well.

I don't live in Ohio any more. I used to play this course, and it's OK.

IVE BEEN GETTING SPAMMED FOR THREE YEARS SINCE I GAVE THEM MY PHONE AND EMAIL.

I've taken every step possible to get off their list: unsubscribe multiple times, called the course multiple times. They promise to take me off their list. I get still get text messages and emails several times a month. Nothing works. It's now beyond irritating.

I've got no alternatives. If you sign up on line and give your phone number, you'll never stop hearing from them. Poor poor service. Be forewarned.

First tee sign "Slow play will not be tolerated" says most of it. Respect for the game and other players in full evidence.

Good fairways and greens-- though pretty fast greens and three holes of dense early fog challenged us early in our round.

Great time and great value. Amazing layout, no homes, through the Michigan forest, each home is its own landscape.

I'm a 69 YO, 22 handicap, golfer and play 3-4 times a week. Played with buddies. Lost balls in well placed water holes, but a beautiful layout.

There is no flat lie on this course, or so it seemed. Will play it again. For a bogey-wannabe golfer, I think the slope here is under valued, and they need to add forward tees for seniors men.

My only beef is that when I went to post my score for handicap, GAM has no current course rating.

Saturday was overcast, and it rained for the first few holes, but the course was both safe and beautiful. Cart paths in good repair as well.

My buddy and I are both 68 and low-20s handicap, and we like to play four hours or less if possible. A little slow on the front side, but we were still 4:10 for the round.

This is clearly a golfers course, lots of walkers even in hilly terrain. We were waived through on the back side by a nice foursome in front of us.

The landscape and the fairway and green conditions were top rate, and it is clear that golfers replace divots and repair ball marks, a sign of good clientele in my book.

A few blind second shots and water comes into play on the back side, but a totally fair layout.

Would play again.

The course is in fine shape, but for the hard unraked traps. Rock hard. Pace of play was held up for 9 holes by two groups of golfer who should have been playing from forward ladies tees, but it was smooth sailing after the turn.

Challenging but great course for seniors from he forward mens tees(me!) and the young bucks from the tips.

Minerva is a short but tricky course. Ive played on it since 2007, and it has never been in better shape.

The greens are relatively slow, but contoured and tricky, very few straight putts, and below the hole is always better on this course.

Unfortunately "developers" are waiting only for sewer and water approval from the City of Columbus, and when that happens, another really nice local course bites the dust.
