Lots of construction and it will be years before this looks like a real golf course, course is moderately challenging and greens need more time to mature. Good value while construction going on, not good if they raise prices later on.

Lots of water and ob on the right. Greens were decent speed and course conditions were good not great.

No range balls (included with price) and staff could have cared less. Very hot day, no water (for drinking) on the course and no beverage cart ever showed up. Greens are huge with large mounds, so tough to know where to hit it for a first timer and many hazards can not be seen from the tee or the fairway. Some of the tees were so far back that you could not reach the fairway on some holes with a good drive. Many of the areas in front of the greens were basically mud so they stopped good shots and you had to chip off rotten lies in the middle of the fairway.

Played when the course was overseeding and had cart path only - not really a problem and good value. Very challenging to get right yardages on holes with water to carry in front of green. Local knowledge is big help on this course. Greens were in very good condition and had minimal breaks. Best for people who are very straight off the tee.

Played in off-season when conditions were wet. Good layout and well maintained but not exceptional as I was expecting. Looks and feels like many of the other good courses in the area. At times you feel like you've played this hole before, but you know you haven't been here before. Not worth the high In-season pricing. Generous off the tee and more demanding by the greens. Greens have a bit more break to them than others in the area.

Been playing this course since it opened as a TPC. They wouldn't pay to keep it up to TPC standards and it is a great shame. The layout is very good, the conditions are bad approaching appalling. Not work the $$ at ant price to pay for bad service, because it is still a tough layout the pace of play is slow. Very disappointed - won't be going back.
