Had a nice round (7:40 AM tee time) playing with a father and son from Ohio. Busy pro shop check-in since it also serves the Raven course. Conditions were very good except the greens, which were extremely slow. Could have been cut more and rolled but perhaps they were left a little long for cutting and rolling for a junior amateur tournament that was coming up on the weekend. Got a $65 deal, regular $99.

Second time playing here in a week. It’s not an easy course but fun. Lots of deer everywhere. Considering the drought throughout Texas, the course has been very well maintained, unlike many others in the area. . Teeing ground a bit iffy, fairways actually had grass and the greens amazing, difficult and fast. Awesome value.

Other than being beside Tampa Airport (noisy but you get used to it), it was all positive.

Sandy, rough tee boxes. Dry, hard, lotsa bare areas in fairways and lots of debris. Greens are the worst I've seen. Dry, hard, burnt, little grass on most greens. $44 was way too much. Should have been $15. I was told new management as of Apr. 1. Hope they can repair and maintain this course. I won't be back until I read a lot of favourable reviews.
