Tatum Ridge is a nice layout, reasonably maintained, but they have lost the greens. I expected them not to be in good shape based on prior reviews, but they were basically unplayable. My partner and I just set a two-putt max once we were on the greens. So for the low price of $34 (including cart and a beer after the round) we got in a fun practice round on a Sunday. Lots of wildlife, quick pace-of-play and friendly staff. But if you want great golf look elsewhere until they re-do their greens.

My wife and I played on a Thursday morning and were paired with a very enjoyable couple . The fairways were in great shape, well mowed, but not so short that every shot was off a tight lie. Greens are very firm and most shots release after landing - hard to get a shot to check up. They had been top dressed a week or so earlier, but rolled true and fast. Course is challenging, but fun, without too many forced carries for shorter hitters. We'll maintained and pretty course.
