The course used to be nice, had a nice bar and outdoor seating overlooking the 18th green. Not anymore. The pro shop is a large shed, the tees are terrible, the greens are just as bad and the bar is seating by the shed in the parking lot. One good thing was they had a liquor cart.

As soon as you drive into the parking lot, you want to turn around. I would suggest you do.

This course is in very good shape. The staff was very friendly and the restaurant had plenty of beers. The course is gorgeous, but when you get to the greens, that’s where the trouble starts. There always seemed to be danger around the green, whether it be sand traps or the green’s shape and slope. A lot of them are thin, so you have to be correct on your distances.

Overall, you can’t beat playing in November in shorts on a real nice course with a good friend!

The course holes are very tightly knit into a small course and you need to be careful of shots from other holes. I guess all the trees on the course protect you as well as block the way to the hole. There are some holes that have overhanging trees right near the tee which just need trimming. The greens were a little fluffy, but with the aeration last week, I can understand. Overall, the fairways and rough were bare in places, sign of not much watering and the dryness of this year.

I went with 3 friends with GolfNow coupon. I always wonder why people do not play this course more often. The price is always good and the greens and fairways are in great shape. They have a good bar, a deck overlooking the valley and another small restaurant in the clubhouse.
