Poor Condition VERY dry and lots off weeds coming up everywhere.
Don't understand why they would only turn on the water for 3 minutes only per zone in the middle of the day. I'm sure the water never made it to the dirt.
Water that has been leaking for quite a while as there was pools of water and ugly smelly pockets.
