We had heard that the greens were rebuilt and the course improved. The greens were OK but unremarkable. The course conditions were disappointing. Fairways were sparse with a lot of bare lies. Traps are experimental. All are played as waste bunkers; little sand, ground your club and don't rake. They said the USGA is trying to speed up play. Yoy won't being in someone's footprint. Many lakes, some of which are not visible from the tee. It takes some local knowledge.

Excellent layout in very good condition. We were a 4 some and played in 3:50 minutes. There was a 4 some ahead of us and we never waited.

This course has many very good holes. The layout is top notch. The traps, while well groomed, lacked sand. Some tee boxes were worn. Despite that the course was a joy to play. It can accommodate all levels of play. Nice scenery also.

Nice layout. Excellent facilities. Course condition was average, but we were expecting better from other reviews. We would play again, but not routinely.

Set on a river in an upscale neighborhood, at times you feel lost in the vistas beside you. Each is interesting and each hole is set among houses and boats that grab your attention. The layout is good,, conditioning is good, and we had an all around good time. We also played in less than 4 hours.

Nice layout. Conditioning at best was average. Staff was friendly and reduced the greens fee at time of play.

The course was well maintained, the staff friendly. Pace of play was good. The course overlooks Assateague Island and the bay. The layout and the wind can make it challenging. Will definitely go back.

Interesting layout, tees and roughs had a lot of crabgrass.Some ladies tees were bare dirt. Restaurant was new and nice. This layout is different from the one I played several years ago. It is worth playing it once.

Great course in excellent condition. Fair but very difficult. An bird sanctuary.
