The second nine we played was completely scalped in prepping for winter. I am not unfamiliar with this being possible this time of year but this was an extreme case in which the difference between the nine holes was stark and shocking. I made a complaint to the golf pro and they simply offered me a small bad of range balls. I am not typically one to complain but this was disappointing considering the green fees.
