5 hour round held up for a 14 person outing let a group of 14 cause a 5 hour round terrible course management why have rangers if they don’t speed pace of play

Started with rude cashier second hole ran into a 5 some later to see a 6 some holes 5-7 had sprinklers on the green put a outing out back in front of us 5 hour round if this is how vargo runs all there courses we won't be back

Was booked from red to green only to be told they had a outting and we would have to play the orange course twice to play 18 how to you sell tee times that you don't have then act like its our fault not there's courses that are ran this way to be a banded by golfers tell there out of business

Book 120 outting 1/2hour after our tee time ranger was rude to group behind us and people in the outting telling them if one person gets a good hit no one else should hit just go to that ball do to the ranger and over booking caused 51/2 hour round I won't be back

Our records show that we did not have an outing as large as 120 players booked on your day of play. Staff friendliness is something that we take pride in, and we feel as though there might have been some miscommunication between our ranger and your group. Terrible management cargo needs this manger gone before affects not just this course but the others they own
I called one time and asked if they had any outings,they said "No wide open" Got there and two nines were closed to an outing,everybody forced on one 9. Half an hour to tee off,then a 3 hour nine.
