North at Alondra Park Golf Course
Played On 05/14/2020It appears the house was not well maintained during the shutdown. The rough was high and difficult to hit out of and even harder to find your ball. Everyone in our foursome lost at least two balls. The fairways were like concrete and the greens were very mushy. LA County courses don't seem to be as well maintained as LA City courses. Glad I only paid $11.
Meadowlark Golf Course

The course is fabulous and I would play it again. However, I have to rate the customer service as poor. I had a 1 o'clock tee time and did not go off until 1:30 PM . I was told this was due to a tournament that ihad overbooked with more players and they had previously said they would have. I was further told because I made my tee time on line they have no way of notifying me. This sounds a little strange as the Internet is everywhere.. Golf Now should post a warning if a tournament is scheduled ahead of available teatime is being offered on the site.

Well maintained public course. Narrow fairways, big bunkers and large greens. I will definitely play here again.
Great little 9-hole course with 7, 3-par holes and two decent 4-par holes. Plenty of water hazards and sand traps to give you trouble if you miss a shot. Can get crowded on the weekend, but playing early in the morning you can complete your round in about an hour.
