Played Hiland for first time today and it was a pleasant round. The course is relatively short from the white tees but hilly as it's name suggests. Tree lined fairways on the hilly terrain put a premium on good drives. 3 of the 4 par threes are long. The course was in good condition even with the lack of rain and I liked the way the fairways were cut to clearly define them. The greens were great. The course has a couple of blind shots that you should look at the first time you play. I will play it again. Enjoyed a cold beer after the round.

Always a challenging but fun round. Tree lined fairways put a premium on driving the golf ball. The four par 3's challenge you with length and/or geography. The greens are always in great shape but are on the smaller side to compensate for no bunkers on the course. As usual, the course was well manicured. The staff is always friendly and courteous. If my brother and I had a chainsaw in the bag today, we both would have had a great round!

From the whites the course is relatively short but most holes are well bunkered. Choice of two more tees behind whites to increase length and difficulty if desired. All in our 4some agreed the layout was fun and pleasing to the eye with many tree lined fairways. The fairways and greens were in good shape for this time of year. Staff was friendly and attentive. Some improvements in process on cart paths and on hole #18. Will play again soon.

An enjoyable, but challenging layout with a good combination of tighter tree lined and open holes. The greens were fast and the fairways gave good lies for February weather. The staff was friendly and attentive. Good value. We will definitely play again soon.

First time we played the course. Great conditions for February. Fairways provided good lies and greens putted well. Great value for the money. Will play again soon. We even saw a young Bobcat on the cart path between holes!

Our threesome agreed the course was great value for the money. Unfortunately, we played the day after a heavy rain so the course was very soggy and the soaked fairways were a bit thin. My two playing partners noted that there were no hole descriptions on either the tee markers or scorecards for first time players. Pace of play was good. All agreed we will play again in dryer conditions.

Really enjoyed the layout and conditions were great for February. The greens were receptive and putted beautifully. Enjoyed the day with two friends. Would highly recommend the course for an enjoyable round.
