The course was in very good condition considering that they had received 12 inches of rain during the week. It was cart paths only due to the wet conditions. One hole was closed due to flooding from the rain and a dam bursting upstream. The greens were in excellent condition. The club staff members were very courteous and helpful.

Enjoyed an excellent round of golf at Lancaster. I was joined by a local member on the second hole. Two foursomes let us play through, then it was smooth sailing. Played in about 3 hours. The course was in great condition, with plush fairways and rough, and the greens were very smooth, but not real fast. An excellent value.

Played late on Sunday morning and early afternoon, and course was not very busy, so pace of play was good. Greens were in good shape and not overly fast, and not a lot of undulations or tricky breaks. Sand bunkers were well maintained and the sand was of good consistency. The course is pretty flat and nothing very tricky about the layout. Enjoyable round overall.

The bermuda grass is still dormant, so fairway lies can be very tight. The greens are smooth, and in good condition, but very fast, especially if you leave the ball above the hole. Pace of play was slow...almost 5 hours to play.

Played on Dec 23 and 24th, 2012. Generous landing areas from the tee, with not a lot of trouble to contend with. Fairways were in good condition, with generally good lies in the fairways and the rough, although there were some areas of the rough with very tall grass where it would be difficult to find a ball. The greens were in good condition, medium speed, with some slope but nothing very tricky. Good value with the GolfNow price offered.
