The greens were unplayable. The grass was between an 1/8 and 1/4 inch long on all the holes.

This is a great course to practic your short game on with 10 par 4's and 8 par 3's there are no sand bunkers but several hole have water hazards. However when it rains for a couple of days in a row the course has standing water on the fairways, drainage is poor.

THe tee boxes and fairways were in poor condition with many weeds and bare spots. The greens hads weeds, didn't run true and had grass growing at least a quarter inch high on them. Obviously they needed mowing and in need of a heavy drum rolling to help smooth them out. extreemly slow greens.

Although this course is short it has some rather challenging par 3's. due to lack of rain the course was not in the best of shape but should be good by end of June... assuming it rain normally.

The only reason I did not give this course a 5 star rating is because of the drainage problems throughout the course. The fairways are in good condition as are the greens, and Tee boxes. The greens are reasonably fast, and for the most part run true.

The golf carts have the most comfortable seats and are fast for electric carts. The fairways are in good condition, especially for this time of year (dry season). the greens are true but slow, and in great condition. A real gem of a course. The staff were helpful and friendly.

The ck in lady very nice, others not so much. The fairways are in terrible condition. The greens are in surprising good shape. I don't know if it is because of virus or not but the starter, was rude as were some other workers around the clubhouse.

I have played this course several times. The reason is simple, it is a short course, from the white tees 4161 yards. It affords some challenges because of water and bunker placement. It can be played in a shorter period of time than a full size course. It has 6 par 3's and 12 par 4's, so unless you hit your drives 300+ yards you can use your driver often and get close enough to the hole to get a lot of practice with your short game. The reason for my low rating is that when there has been some rain for a couple of days … I recommend going to another course for a few days because there are drainage problems on this course. It was very wet when I played it on almost every hole. The staff is great and very helpful.

The course conditions were acceptable. The tee boxes were good on some hole, not so much on others. The fairways were generally good with some patchiness in spots. The greens were somewhat bumpy so some puts were not running true. There is a lot of water on the course but the fairways are generally wide so the water will not come into play in most cases if you hit on the wide fairways. The course is scenic with lots of wildlife. This course needs a little TLC, that being said the price is great for what you get.

I found the fairways to be in very good condition. The greens are in good condition but very slow. The water hazards were almost all very disgusting, they sere full of Blue green algae or looked like raw sewage. The conditions of the water greatly detracted from the beauty of the course, and the overall experience, in my opinion. I am not sure if I will play this course again solely because of the water conditions. Because of the fact that it borders on county executive airport and is run by the city I doubt that there is the will to change the water situation. The course layout was challenging for all levels of players. We played the black/blue course because it was a bit more challenging with a more scenic view. The fairways are narrower with more trees etc. than the red/white course. Both courses are 18 holes.

The staff are as good as it gets, so were very friendly and co-0perative. I had an issue with the reservation and the cashier was extremely helpful and patient. The course is in very good condition but the greens were just resanded so were slow. The course is challenging with many bunkers and lots of water. The holes are laid out well and marked well so someone playing for the first time should have no problems following from hole to hole. The entire experience was a joy from the time I dropped off my clubs to when I left.

I have played this course many times over the last year. I have seen strides to improve the course conditions. It takes time. The fairways have improved a lot do to the attention and all the rains we are having.. They have killed the weeds and continue to sand the greens and aerate them in an effort to get them back in shape. They are very slow and don't run true do to the weed kills and blotchy spots. That being said they are trying to improve them and it is working. Very few players on the course so play at your own speed.

there has been a lot of rain lately, so under those circumstances, the course was not in to bad a condition. the rough was to high and the fairways had way to much crabgrass growing everywhere. In general, the condition of the course was in dyer need of some TLC. It is obvious that this course has been neglected for too long. It is a shame to because it is laid out well, and is a beautiful course. The bunkers had very little sand, mostly just raked up dirt, much like Club Med. It is going to take a lot of work to get this course in good condition. I gave it two stars instead of one because of the beauty of the course layout …. much potential.

I felt the course was in very good condition with a few glaring exceptions. The sand traps were not well maintained and in general were in poor condition. The fairways were in very good condition, were narrow, and challenging. the foliage along the way was somewhat overgrown, and needs attention. If you are a golfer who is ( on scale of 1-5 a 3,4,or5 bring lots of balls! If you have never played the course, don't worry, the next hole directions are all well marked. It is a beautiful course, and quite challenging. If you are looking for beauty as you play this a a gem. I lost 5 balls , but will play it again.
