The day we played the course was cart path only and in the south meaning a lot of walking and hotter than a tick on the dog of the devil. That’s not the bad part. Not a drop to drink. No on course coolers, no beverage cart. Had to leave early for the fear of heat stroke. Only course in the south that did not offer some form of on course hydration. Will be back. In the winter.

Not at all worth the $50 price on a Tuesday morning. Conditions are terrible, the maintenance rams into our cart spilling fertilizer and not the decency for an “I’m sorry”. Much better places to go for the price. Should be no more than $30.

Course is ok. Fairways ok. Greens full but verrrry slow. When putting use your driver.

Not worth the price. Tee boxes lack grass and greens overrun with weeds. Anything more than $30 is too much.

Eagle landing is usually one of those courses you would choose to play because the pace is regulated by marshals...... that is until “the boss” is on the course. We tees off as a foursome behind 2 threesomes which on the second hole became a six. When we spoke the course superintendent we were told “that’s the boss. What do you want me to do?” My men’s group routinely plays the course bringing 40+ guys and we get get pushed by the marshal to keep up pace. Doesn’t apply to the ones doing the pushing. Our 4 hour round turned into over 5 hours. Not fun at all. Especially when paying $60+. Also if you book on Golfnow you don’t the all inclusive lunch special.

Great course. Small greens. Bring water as the water stations are sparse. .

I was excited to spend my day at Cimaronne until I got there. It started on the range during my warm up session when I couldn't find a solid piece of turf to hit off of. After a 30 minute warm up I headed to the first tee. Playing from the back tees I found, to my surprise, again limited grass. So I stuck my tee in the dirt and away we went. The fairways were good and then the greens. Was like a game of plinko to get the ball to the hole. Ball bouncing across the patches of grass, no grass. Was disappointed as 6 months ago I was bragging these were the best greens in the area.

I have always enjoyed played by this course until recently where they hade green trouble. I am glad to see the greens making a strong come back. Kudos to the grounds crew. The tee boxes still need work. But I hear it's on the list of things to do.

Truly a must play. Even after the rai. The course was dry and greens ran quick. A great course.
