I've played this course 5 times now, starting in April of this year. The (much needed# improvements continue. All new carts, much better signage/yardage at each hole, the addition of fairway and green-side bunkers has all taken place in the last few months. The greens have always been, and continue to be, really nice. Also very challenging. With the exception of 1, 2, 6, 11 and 18, ALL greens are massively undulating. Simply being on the green doesn't guarantee a birdie or par. They are tough. The fairways and tee boxes are 'rough' at best. They need serious work. However, the massive amount of rain in June and July #I am sure# has played a huge part in the fairway conditions. Overall? This is a fun course. It isn't so hard that it makes it frustrating, but isn't so easy that it's just 'fluff'. I hope the improvements continue, it has the makes of an outstanding golf course!
Thank you for your review. We have been working hard to make much needed improvements now that it is a city owned course. The spring has plagued us with a rainy season, but things are certainly improving! We welcome you to come back and see what we've been able to accomplish even just since the fall of 2015!
