Legends on the Niagara Golf Course - Chippawa
Played On 06/08/2018GREAT NINE HOLE COURSE TO PLAY
I enjoy playing this course, I take my wife and go for a walk. She is a beginner so this is a good course to learn many different aspects of the game. For me it is a great course to work on iron shots and the not so easy short chips. The course is in very good condition and the greens are true. Well worth the money to play.

Played On 05/30/2018ANOTHER GREAT ROUND
This is a great course to play. Very well groomed fairways and the greens were excellent and true. We had a 7:54 am start but the starter let us go early teeing off on the back nine first. The pace was great, we weren't being pushed nor were we on the heels of anyone in front of us. Well worth the money to play this course. Just wish they had a snack bar open when we hit the turn.
Thank you for the compliments and the halfway hut note. We'll look into this for future improvement

Played On 05/24/2018STILL A GREAT COURSE TO PLAY
Well worth the money we paid for the round. The course is challenging but this day it kicked our butts. I would recommend anyone who wants to challenge themselves to play this course. The greens are in excellent condition and except for some ground water in spots the course was great as well.
Legends on the Niagara Golf Course - Chippawa
Played On 05/23/2018WELL WORTH PLAYING
For a mid length nine hole course this is definitely one of the better to play. The course condition was very good and the greens exceptional. The staff is very friendly and professional both at the main club house and the small one. This is a challenging course, with holes that make you think how to play them and where you need good club selection. Well worth playing.
Thank you very much!

Played On 04/30/2018GOOD BUT SOGGY
For the time of year and the weather we have had recently the course was in very good shape. However the low lying areas were still very soggy and water still standing in areas. The greens however were very good and rolled pretty true. This is a challenging course and one of the better ones in Niagara, a definite to play.
Thank you and we'll see you again soon
Bridgewater Country Club
Played On 10/20/2017Great Course
This course is easily one of the top courses in Niagara. It is challenging for all types of golfers bringing in many hazards, trees and wide open fairways. The greens are well set up and present the need to be able to read them well. This course can kill your strengths and accentuate your weaknesses. For being Mid-October the course was in great shape, the greens rolled true and the fairways were cut perfect with the leaves blown away. Club selection is a key for this course, miss judge a shot and a hole plays very different. At the turn stop in for a one of the best smoked meat sandwiches you will have anywhere.

Played On 08/23/2017A GOOD FUN TOURNAMENT COURSE
The course is laid out well for having a fun tournament. The distance between some of the holes gives you time to get foursomes off. However the day we played it the course was unpredictable. Some hole were very wet along the fairways, other were dry, the sand traps were unplayable and the greens needed upkeep.
Royal Niagara Golf Club - Escarpment Course
Played On 11/11/2016Golfing in November in Canada
The weather was nice, windy and chilly at times but nice for November. The fairways were in very good shape, some of the low areas were wet but still well kept up. The greens were fast, well groomed and pretty much leaf free and they rolled true. There were only about 20 golfers spread out over the 27 hole course, so the pace was how we wanted it to be, no-one pushing or dragging. The staff was very pleasant and patient, the kitchen was open at 8 am for a breakfast sandwich which was very good and reasonably priced. Definitely a course to play and well worth the money. It has it's challenges for the experienced golfer but is also playable for those starting out playing the tougher course.
November golf! We love it. Thanks for the feedback.
Thundering Waters Golf Club
Played On 10/06/2015From the Blacks
For the time of year the course was in very good condition, the greens in great shape. I have played this course several times before but this time we played from the black tees. This made it a little more challenging but more enjoyable to test my skills. The staff that was there that day did a great job getting us going even though the pro shop staff didn't show up for our early morning start. Definitely a good course to play but challenge yourself and play the long tees, it really brings the hazards into play.
Thanks for the feedback. It definitely does get more challenging with the more yardage, but it is fun to test your skills! We're glad you enjoyed the course, please come see us again soon!
Oaklands Golf Club
Played On 4/22/2013Good course to work on your driver and short iron approach shots.
This course features a lot of mid to long range driver holes with wide fairways and few hazards. If you can stay out of the trees and water you will find it a satisfying course to play. It does provide some short hole challenges with running greens and sloping fairways. The fairways are in good shape for this time of yea, but the greens seemed to be needing attention as your ball would bounce and not roll true leaving an easy birdie or par putt for a bogey. All in all a good practice course.
Thank you very much! We hope to see you and your wife back again soon for another round.
