Twin Creeks Golf Course

Course was in horrible shape, bunkers not raked in weeks, used and broken tees on the tee boxes from moths of play, newly sodded grass dead or dying in almost every new area that it was planted, weeds not cut, grass left to run wherever it wanted to and not trimmed.
This is a weekend beer guzzling hackers course, not a course meant for someone who wants to have a round of golf on a nice course and play to their best ability.
It looks like its on its way out and they are just trying to make as much money as they can before it goes under.

First discovered this course in 2011 from the 'iDealGolfer' golfer website. The course was in poor condition with numerous issues, ie: greens bare with 1/3 of the green hard dirt, sand traps with grass growing in them, tee boxes that were not mowed, water jugs with green slime coming out, ball washers full of dust, yardage markers burried with overgrown grass, more dirt than sand in the traps and the list goes on. This year is the first year I have seen the greens in better shape, sand traps with manicured sand and an abundance of rakes, tee boxes getting better.... Its great to see that someone is making a BIG difference in rhe course, I'm excited!!

Greens were in terrible shape, but everything else was (as always) was in great condition. Greens looked like they were recovering from sort of fungus or something, only 1 green was actually puttable. the rest were auto two putt. Will be back, its still a great course and a great value!

Grass in every location was carpet. The tee boxes, fairways and the greens all in great shape. Greens held long irons and backed up the short irons. Course has sand in the traps, not dirt. It was a pleasure splashing out out of them.
Well worth the money and the drive!

Course is in great shape and the staff is always friendly. It is not a hard course, except maybe #1, #9 & #10. You could mention #11 and maybe #17 as also being difficult but not hard by any means.
The traps have sand, the greens will hold a shot from 170 yds and the tee boxes are in good shape.
Its a fun course that challenges just about every golfer depending on what tee box you play from.
I play there often and will continue to do so!
