Challenging course better look at hole layout for each hole. No water; carts or facilities anywhere on course not good when it was 110 out.

Great value for fee of course they don’t tell u about the “environmental fee” yea right; guess John Kerry plays there; but guess in small print they did notify greens were airated and sanded. None the less it’s a great course in decent shape except for the sand traps which stink!! It’s comparable to the expensive resort courses near by I’d suggest moving around to diff tee boxes for each hole cause some holes super long depending on your skill. Carts have great gps and staff and bar great. Hope rates stay low but doubt it so play it now.

Course is great especially for that part of town, not one condo, house, jogger, cars etc., kindda like being in myrtle beach, sure someday it will be gone and filled in with condos!! One hole does allow you to see the service road to a toll road, a female appeared to be broken down and became more worried about her and was amazed no one stopped to help or the road rangers as obviously she was in view of the cameras for the toll booth, likely says lots about the times, but i digress!! Paid a great rate likely because greens were punched a few weeks back and time of year, so was a great value. dont believe greens affected my putting at all cause it sucks even on perfect greens!! read lots of poor reviews on here so was leery however overall course was great, yes a few barren tee boxes and a few bad spots on course but certainly nothing that impacted my game!! looked like a few places where maybe maintenance vehicles got stuck in wet areas. Course very challenging but seemed fair, likely you have to play from correct tees, we even moved up to red for a few. Some distances appeared to be off! There were lots of twosomes and play became slow so we played 2/3 with two others, was fine and imagine course let out twosomes trying to do right thing so no complaint! My partner is a great golfer and very particular, had played the course many times and remarked although it use to be pristine it was better then recently, a great challenge and as such we are playing again next week!! Staff even made extra accomadations for guy i was with to help him feel more comfortable for a health concern. Be ware carts are sensitive if you even get one foot off route they will shut em down and takes forever to get back on track!

Best part of course was lone female bartender / person in clubhouse!! Very accommodating very sweet very attentive. Price was great for 9 holes during masters week played front nine have read back nine better. Greens were nice but getting there was a challenge as didn’t see any fairway or tee box grass between practice green and clubhouse. The lone Marshall made us team up in carts even though three of us were playing nine and one was playing 18; guess typical muni course but still good to get out during masters week and we beat the rain.

Give plenty of time for check in. Staff awesome we were an hour late due to getting in base they just said no problem head to tee when ready. Had a super slow couple in front of us who finally left. 3 sets of nines first ones the fairways were little iffy second nine better greens were good. For masters week was best value there is. Bar etc closes early but was open for breakfast which didn’t know as we spend almost an hour McDonald’s down the street which a review for another time. Some awesome holes and course was pretty long from whites and even gold.

Great potential but believe been hearing that for years. No frills at all and five hours on a lazy hot Monday. Wonder if course was / is old Florida swamp cause was very wet and don’t think we had much rain. My partner was besides himself cause dude behind had no idea where bathrooms or shelters were I pee in woods so don’t matter to me. Yardages were way way way off don’t use a gps ur this course should sell em. According to card most of drives went about 120 yards yea I stink but not that bad. Price was right and all in all ok. Fairways and greens better but dubstread is a gem compared

Greens very bad, fairways bad for most part. Nice layout and good value for rate pace good because no one there. I suspect they will be next course to close.

Course redone since played it years ago! Great shape except for sanded greens which does not effect my poor putting. 3 par 3s on front and back one could easily be a par 4 and one par 4 could be a 3 I’m sure it has something to do with course rating slope system. Nice bar friendly staff pace play great for day after turkey day.

Some greens were a little shaky and some fairways also; it’s a long course from white tees but no body said I could not move up a set. Big grass driving range was packed

I try to play the course each summer fall when up this way. I've never seen a marshal or anyone on the course. Group in front were at least two holes behind, were throwing their clubs and actually driving carts on greens. I felt for the course super who is very nice and friendly and tries to keep the greens the best in at shore. The greens were torn up from spike marks and no one fixes their divots there. Again I feel for the course super who was talking bout these issues prior to my round. It's a great deal with golf now app but .....,
