I was not that impressed by course conditions for supposedly one of the top courses in Vegas. Most fairways were brown with very little grass. Some greens also were burnt out. Tee boxes were shaggy...maybe they aerated them...not sure. Views around the course were very nice and layout was ok. The day we were there they sent us out on the back nine first. When we made the turn, we found they let 3 groups of highschool golfers out in front of us which slowed pace of play down to a halt. The marshal tried getting them off the course but by that time it was a huge problem and ruined the day of golf. I am just happy not to have spent full green fee that day.

I loved the layout and how they tried to replicate courses in the UK. I found the course conditions to be pretty good for a hot time of the season. Clubhouse looks beautiful inside and out. Staff was friendly. The only issue is that the 9th and 18th hole are side by side and confusing which fairway to play. Maybe a sign on the 9th tee box would help with the confusion. Would play this again if in Vegas...

If you can get a golfnow deal for $40-50 it is a very good deal in my opinion. Similar courses in the area are in the range of $80-100+. good conditions, variety of tees, full gps in carts, only complaint would be somewhat slow pace of play. Finished in 4.5hrs. Maybe that is normal for southwest FLA.

Played this course at 8am. $52 with cart, range and breakfast is unbelievable deal. Course was in great condition. Water came into play on 16 of 18 holes. Feels more like a Florida course for sure. At this time in the morning, not many golfers out so pace was great. Employees all very friendly. would definitely recommend it while in PHX.
