It was a little slow but expected on a Saturday and perfect weather. Greens and fairway were excellent. Sand is a little course. outside fairways the dead grass will be better this summer as it is dormant now. Just makes the fairways a little narrow. Didn't like dead grass in some grass bunkers around greens. Either have green grass or fill with sand. I will be back at this price or less. Not a $100/round course. The desert area and backs of many houses not the best view.

It is a short course but fairly narrow and several holes have placement shots. They keep the course and desert in top shape. Long hitters will find it too short but average golfers will find it nice to not hit a driver then 3 wood every par 4. You use many different clubs in the round. Very nice for price.

Greens were nice but fairways and all other grass still not ready for play. Maybe a month this course will get more grass and less dead. Some courses green up faster than others and this one is not ready. One side note. half the course has just average or below average houses then you have a pat that has huge and very nice houses. Different.

Greens are some of toughest I have played. Very fast and slopes everywhere. I challenge any golfer to keep to 2 putts thru the course. Don't be surprised if you chip and have 3 putts often. Sand pits are very steep also. Good sand though. All dead grass from tee box to green in December, So plenty of roll on miss shots. For an executive course I found it too long and the greens actually took the fun out of it. Probably fine for better golfers than me. Beware also of liquor prices from cart lady. 2 beers, 1 mix drink and one cola was $26. Beer was $8 each and so $10 for mix and cola. Seems pretty high with tip.

This course is a nice course but not sure it is worth the 1 hour drive. Great weather here but beware if you golf when hot or windy. Middle of no where so winds could be bad and no trees for shade. The fairways are wide and forgiving. The greens were fast and very sloping. I never figured out the greens. The sand was excellent and fluffy not rocky. For Dec course was in good shape. To be honest this course is just too tough for my handicap. Too long and greens too tough for me. But for a low handicapper it is worth a try,

Nice views and decent course. Bust that day. Luckily they had 30 minutes blocked off so they got back on schedule. Had to wait for carts as they came off course. Range balls included which was nice. Biggest downside is their is not enough water on course and at turn in clubhouse the water was warm and too busy to get you ice. I know they want to sell drinks but over 100 I need lots of water. I will probably go back at right price.

In good shape except where they had already plugged the fairways on 4 holes and the rough had too much dead grass in it at places. But, I understand they were preparing to overseed. This time of year is a struggle for many courses. I am sure most times it is as nice as many holes were. Lacks a little shade and would be nice to come back cooler day. The marshall had extra water which helped and the cooler gal came around 4 times during the round. I will be back another time and think it will be a perfect course. Very friendly people all around the course.

from 2 years ago when I played last. Some greens still need help. Not much water or ball washers on course. Front nine went smooth but back nine we got jammed up 4 groups on tee box. No marshall to get the problem out of way. Sand is better but more is needed. Very nice views often on course. I say it is average course but better are around for same money. I wish more of these courses had GPS for us first time golfers.

I had golf now booked at $30 for 11:30 AM. They let us leave early. we were a 2 some. Played the round in 3 1/2 hours. Let one single golfer go by us and never saw another the whole time. The landing areas are wide which help. Fairways were perfect shape. Greens were 95% perfect. Putted fast down hill and slow up hill. Sand was in decent shape also. Some holes were a little long for my skill but bogeys are fine to me. I would play again no question. The view on some holes were amazing. Only thing I would change is have water on the course. They give you 2 bottle per cart.

This is a short course set up for average golfers. What I like about the course is you use a 170- 200 yards drive and the second shot into the green will vary by hole. So you use many clubs in your bag. Greens have nice bunkers and allow one entrance only to green or you must carry the bunkers. Just a fun course that allows you to make an occasional par. If you drive the ball 250 straight you will probably not enjoy it. But that is only in my dreams. Another big plus is water and ball washers every hole. Plus GPS on every cart.

overall nice course but needs lots of sand trap work, no sand just hard gravel. Remove some bunkers if you will not put decent sand in them. Greens and fairways great

The course is fairly long from white tees. Course was decent shape for August. Greens slow from aeration and sand laid, But that happens. What was disappointing is the course layout is fairly straight and simple. Water really doesn't come into play much. For a course that PGA has used I thought it would have more interesting holes. The signs about houses around the course were unclear which they talked about. The houses were either nice or junk. It is an OK curse but probably won't be back till I see others in town. It was 105 and this course has no water on the course. They give you 2 water bottle per cart. Well that isn't enough. I never saw a bathroom stop on first 9. One on back nine is all. Also I prefer a course with GPS on the carts. 150 is only marker in fairways. Some painted lines on cart paths. For $34 it was OK but will not pay full price for it.

13 out 18 holes are along side a huge drainage ditch with small stream running. If you have any left to right on your ball it ends up in the bottom and many times in stream and your ball floats down the stream. You can hit the middle of the fairways and the slope is such you still end up on the stream. Landing area is very small many times. At the bottom you have blind shots back to the top. Thus it took 5 hours for a round. It can't be helped as most golfers were always going to bottom to hit and find balls. I doubt if booked full you would ever get done in less than 5 hours. Course condition was very good in fairways and greens. The staff was GREAT and very friendly. It isn't a course I enjoy and probably never go back. It was interesting also to see all the slum houses across the fence along the course. Even a junk trailer park is right next to it.

This course has fairways and greens in PERFECT condition. Esp for January. No dead spots anywhere. The rough is 100% dead at this time but that is expected. I really can't believe how perfect the fairways and greens were. The course rolls a lot and is full of fairway bunkers. Greens bunkers sand were good and only fault was some fairway bunkers could use a little more sand. Biggest flaw was they need a few more rakes for larger bunkers. That tells you their isn't much to complain about if lack of rakes is a complaint. I will definitely be back. Thank you to the whole staff and greenskeeper here.

This course is long and in excellent shape. But for me the rough was too thick and rough for the average player. I am a wood hitter and found it frustrating to hit out of rough. Your club would get smothered in the thick taller rough. But if you are a better golfer and enjoy a challenge then this course is for you. I can't imagine paying close to $200 to play it. Gold now price round50 made it worth it. I enjoyed the experience but probably won't be back till my game improves.

This a great course if you are like me and a 200 yard drive is good. It puts value on second shots. Very nice large greens with plenty of sand around them. It is a short course so speed is good esp after 10 am.
One of my favorites in Vegas and will be back plenty.

Views were really nice. Many holes were either going downhill or uphill with many rolls in the fairway. The fairways were dormant many places and lacking grass. The rough had lots of dead grass from being mowed tall. Very wide fairways with many sand traps that really do not come into play much. Nice to play once but probably won't be back.
