It's a fine course that has a lot of potential with it's layout but there are so many other options in the area for a better price and better course conditions. At $74 full price I shouldn't see crab grass all over the fairway and especially not on the fringe of the green. Carts are terribly slow and the gps lockdown added 15 minutes to our round because we couldn't even go on the fairway without it locking us out half the time. The greens were nice but unfortunately the practice green didn't match the speed at all. Should be $55 max.

Love this course and it's a great value butt I've never played this course quickly. There's always slow play. They put heavy emphasis on being one-time off the first tee but from there the rangers never come out to make sure groups are on-pace.

Saw complaints about closed holes but everything was open for my round which was nice. Staff was nice and the course conditions were fantastic. The only downside was the 6 hour round. The starter told us we were in for 4 hours and 15 minutes of play but we were waiting for two whole groups to finish ahead of us before we could tee off. The snack bar at the turn is where 3 to 4 holes come together and can really back things up depending on how quickly they're moving.

Overall I definitely plan to come back I just hope the pace isn't as bad next time.

I paid about $37 for my round because it was a hot deal and also had a 30% off promo but I would never play this course at full price. Bunkers play like home depot sand and overall the course is in meh condition. The layout of the course is nice though; I liked a lot of the holes. Pace of play was pretty terrible too. We were a threesome chasing a twosome who was behind a foursome and by the last 3 holes we'd have to wait 5 minutes before it was clear to tee off

One of my favorite layouts in the Philly/South Jersey area. Straight but undulating fairways, couple of difficult uphill approaches, and an overall nice walk. Always see keepers out mowing, fixing rough patches , and blowing leaves. Excited to see how the course looks during the warmer seasons next year.

People complain so much about this course but 1) it's a $20 round you can't expect Augusta 2) the course is about to close until 2023 so of course they're probably selling of carts rather than having them sit til then and 3) the course's landscape and scenery is actually really nice. I've played here twice now and it's a great walking pace. Have people complaining about the temporary hole even taken a look at the washed away green? If you're not a golf snob this is a great course for the money, just wished I played here earlier!
