Indigo is a very good course. Wide fairways and nice short grass. Cart woman was ever present which I like on a hot day, though the welcome rain shower cooled us off just enough. Too bad greens were aerated a little, or also seeded. Even so, they putted very true. Also enjoyed the fox we saw out for a stroll. Eager to come back and lower my score.

Usually you do not ask for rain. But this course is begging for it. Fun course but for the shape of the greens it should be cheaper. Certainly it will be fun when they return with good greens and normal size cups. Thought the large ones were a hoot at times. But seeing that River Bend is my favorite course I will always come back regardless. Staff by the way is very accomodating.

As least best player of 3 brothers we found BLACK BEAR to be a very interesting course. And very inviting. Every staff person we encountered was very cordial and helpful. Due to a wrong turn we missed our tee time by an hour. No problem, just lined up behind some othe foursomes and off we went. Between bunkers and dish shaped fairways we found ourselves enjoying the challenge of a type of course seldom played here on the East coast of Florida.Without a doubt we will be back and conquer the BEAR.

enjoyed the Daytona South course with its well cared for greens and attentive course staff. Worth a replay anytime. Too bad everyone charges in the $40 dollar range for Winter play early hours. Otherwise no complaints whatsoever

Booked 18 holes as a threesome only to get paired with a fourth, which I realilze is not uncommon. Fourth was a seasoned player who was in a hurry after the first hole. "Close enough, you can pick tthat up",etc. He would put his cart out in front of the other 2 of our group incuding me who were farther pack still to hit their woebegone shot. Ths fellow is nearly a scratch player. Management also not too pleasant. Did not like we bailed on 18 to make it 9. Said no 9 booked in am. Will not be back. Plenty of other fine courses in this area. .

My brother and I gave it a go. Great fairways of which I hit more than three quarters. Nice fairway grass and decent greens. Not a late tee time but on a Sat. we saw almost no one. It was like a private round.

Always like the North and South courses at Daytona. Very windy and I know I will keep coming back to increase the number of my drives that make the fairways. Nice pro shop staff and lots of juice in the carts. Too bad I had to team up with 2 retired low handicappers, though the putting advice Ed gave sure helped.
