About

My game alternates from scratch-level to hack, usually within the same round. I refer to this affliction as SLASH (Sudden Loss of Acquired Skills of Hitting). I qualified for the Wisconsin State Amateur three times back in the day, and today my handicap hovers in the 5 range.

Good value in Green Bay

Royal Scot Golf Course sits only minutes northeast of Green Bay. Ownership has invested in new sand for the traps, and the greens are always in good condition. Few forced carries make this a good course for weekend players, yet with enough length and challenge to be fun for better players. Multiple tee sets offer length appropriate for every level.

Fun layout where good scores are earned

Branch River contains a nice mix of holes to challenge every level of golfer, with few forced carries to detract lesser players. The greens had a rough winter in 2013, and as of this writing they were still bumpy and slower than the staff would like them to be.

An enjoyable layout where good scores are earned. Bring your bug spray and prepare to tolerate gnats. Electric carts are a plus, and the practice facilities are very nice.
