Course is in good winter shape and nice to be one of the 1st tee times out. Had to wait on the twosome in front of us but still finished in 3 hours.

The course is in beautiful shape and we love the free range balls that come with the price. We showed up to find out there was a 35 minute frost delay that carried into the afternoon, which was fine, more balls to hit. For a beautiful course like this the sand traps would be a lot nicer without all the rocks in them.

Course in good shape and enjoy the free range balls that came with the rate. You need to put your putts center cup or they won't drop.

The greens were very dry and sandy. Lots of dead areas in the fairways. We breezed through the front 9 in good time and then had to wait 5-10 minutes on every hole on the back 9. Lots more bunkers than when the course was Maryvale, less grass to water maybe. There were a lot of no cart areas further away from the greens then on other courses. Will not go back. We had been waiting for the price to come down to golf this course since it was redone and glad we didn't pay more money than we did.

Very compact course in a small amount of space. With narrow width wise squeezing in 18 holes. A lot of balls coming at you from other fairways.

The course was in beautiful shape and surrounding area was beautiful as well with the Lake in the back drop on the back 9. The Pro shop and starter were scheduling people out so seemed to be a lot of double bookings. With the recent rains there were a lot of muddy areas.

The course is in great condition and even though they were other people in front of us it moved right along. Got done in plenty of daylight.

Good round other than a slight delay because of a frost delay first thing in the morning. Was still a quicker pace than our previous round at another course.

The course itself was in great shape. A lot of the fairways have tree barriers across the middle and fairways drastically change directions and you don't know where the flag would be except for the pictures on the score card. Greens were very fast. Pace of play was very poor. They have a thing up saying play in 4 hours because people have other things to do. The groups we observed were come today come tomorrow. We gave up on finishing because it got dark and skipped 3-4 holes.

Course was is finishing up with overseeding and in good shape. No icon on booking time to indicate cart part only until after I booked the tee time. Some of the greens were still a little wooly.

Most shots from the Blue tees are blind shots. Lots of desert area. Signage was adequate to find the next tee box, most cart paths dirt.

They had way to many groups booked out on the course and had to wait on most tee boxes 5-15 minutes to tee off. Course was in fairly good condition and vary challenging with the hills and the sloped greens.

We have driven by this course many times and finally booked and golfed the course. The course is in excellent shape and definitely the most hilly we have golfed here. Looking forward to going back to the North course and taking on the south course as well.

The fairways were cut way short so not much grass underneath. Rough was deep and a lot of cut grass mounded up in spots as well as lots of Goose manure. There were also a lot of mosquitos with the green water on the course.

Nice round and paired up with an elderly gentlemen. Do not like the fact that if you sign up as a single they force you to share a cart with someone you don't know.

The course is well maintained and the greens are still running fast from the redo earlier in the year.

Fairways are tight and makes the course challenging, for beginnings or children can be hard.

I would like to start by saying that my wife and I fly to Portland from Phoenix about once a year and we always look forward to playing at the Mountain View golf course with local family. We have always enjoyed playing Mountain View, as it is one of the premier courses in the area. That is until this year. The pin placement on Father's day was horrible, we had numerous incidents were all of our shots into the green rolled 30 to 50 feet back off of the green, even when the ball stopped briefly within 3 or 4 feet of the pin. It made for very frustrating and slow play on one of the busiest days of the year. The course staff appeared unconcerned and actually made light of the difficult pin placements, which were barely on the greens and/or tucked tightly behind hazards. I don't believe that a PGA Pro could have held very many of the back 9 greens, as they were all severely sloped. It did not matter if we pitched, putted, flopped, or hit a bump and run shot onto the green, they all stopped and then rolled back off of the greens, resulting very high scoring for everyone and tedious delays of play throughout the course. Our round of golf ended up taking over 6 hours to play as a result of the extremely difficult greens lay out. The tees and fairways were beautiful as usual for this course. I have no idea what they were thinking. I would be hard pressed to recommend this course to anyone other than a tour pro after this last round.

The course is in great shape with challenges on the water holes.
