I know it was cheap, but even for $16 this course isn't worth the money. Pace of play is terrible, they let walk ups on without any sense of order. There is no Marshall anywhere, and it's just a 9 hole track you play back to back so the 2nd time around is even worse. We ended up leaving after 12 holes (which I have never done on a golf course before no matter how bad it has been, I just love to play) because we were 4.5 hours in and the course was terrible.

Not to mention the course was just a field they had mown down, clovers everywhere, and you couldn't tell the difference between the fairway and rough. The greens had several different types of grass on them and were so bumpy it was humorous.

It's in a bad part of town too. So you don't feel confident leaving your car in the parking lot.

If someone would put some money into this course it's got potential. But I can say I will never be back, even if it was free. This is the worst golf course I have ever played.

I really enjoyed this course. From, fast, and plenty of wind which is what you expect from a links style course. There were a few greens that had 2 different types of grass competing against each other and made for a bumpy roll but overall the course is in great shape. Tough but fair. I will be back.

Oh and there burgers from the grill are A++

This course is in great shape. Very green and well taken care of. Plenty of shape to the holes with a mix of bunkers, O.B., and hazards. I like this course because you have to think out every shot. Every club is being used and you have to hit it on the right level of the green to score well. Pace of play was a little slow but they had cold towels every 3 holes which in Texas is a necessity. Love this golf course and I recommend it to anyone.
