I played this course for the second time and both times got around in 3hrs and 20 minutes. Keep the driver in the bag. A lot of the par 4's aren't too long and just need an iron off the tee to stay out of trouble. Greens are in good shape and sand traps are as well. Not too challenging of a layout. A couple long par 3's though.

I had never golfed in Vegas and found a great deal for Stallion Mountain on GolfNow. Not sure what to expect I was greeted by a friendly staff on a nice 70 degree day in December. I was paired up with a local who helped me navigate the course and pace of play was never an issue. Conditions were as expected for a course in December and I found the sand in the sand traps to be more fluffy than I'm used to playing. I would love to play this course again at a different time of year. Greens broke more than I anticipated but rolled pretty true.

Great course right of I-25! A nice variety of holes with a little bit of everything. Nice practice facility. Not to narrow or too wide open. Greens were quick despite having a bit of dressing left on them from the aeration about a month previous. Definitely will go back!

This course is kept in great shape and has great views! I've played there mostly in the late afternoon and it's just gorgeous! Practice facility is great and every staff member I've encountered has been friendly and helpful. The holes are all unique, giving you a good variety of shots and ways to play the hole. Definitely a top on my list for the area!

I love this course. Not a longer course but accuracy is key to scoring well here. Blind shots and bunkers keep you on your toes and a couple short par 4's and par 5's make it real exciting to look for a birdie or even an eagle. Afternoons are mellow with it not ever being too busy. Greens are kept in great shape, with plenty of undulations, ridges and tiers to consider with your puts.
