1st hole is not more than 25 ft. From the desk of the person taking the money and yet the balk washer on that hole was broken. The golf shop was completely without any merchandise. The bunkers were without sand and at least 10 bunkers had water from the sprinkler system. I played 18 holes and never saw one maintenance person attempting to work on the course. I’ve played this Course more that 30 times over the last 30 years and Belair was always a good place to work on your short game and play with my elder father. This experience was very disappointing. One bunker behind the 3rd green had more grass in it than sand. This course has been abandoned of most maintenance and Course is not worth playing.at any cost!

I have played Darkhorse 3 or 4 times in the last 6 weeks and really enjoyed the experience. The course layout grows on you and the Staff is friendly and helpful when needed. I’m seriously considering joining the Bronze club Membership continues as discribed on a he Web page. Looking forward to more fun at Darkhorse Golf Club.

Very pleasant course layout and condition was above average and very enjoyable.

Balls rolled fairly well on sanded greens, but deal the person behind the desk could have and should have mentioned the sanded greens before we hit the course. This wiuldn’t Have taken much effort on his part. Really injoyed the course layout. The starter was very pleasant and I felt he was a good ambassador for the course. His name was Larry.

The course was not very busy. The course was in good shap but the air quality was not so good because of multiple fires throughout the state. The heat was an additional issue which probably added to less play. This made the golf, even with under 3.25 hours, while my golf was very poorly played.

Enjoyed the course, pretty hot but course had several, 10 Gal Cool water chest to keep all who drink to stay hydrated. Very grateful for the water. Course is in good shape. Had an enjoyable day at the Orchard Course on Lincoln Hills GC. You will too!

The course was maintained well and a nice Track. The rolling hills offer scenic beauty as well as a challenge to most levels of players.

Your tee box changes will allow for change in slope rating. Played on a hotter day , accounting for slower greens. Course layout pleasing to the eye. The practice area was well maintained and very convenient to the 1st tees of both courses on property. Plenty of water was available along the course route and the course was well marked. The day was extremely warm but golf was pleasant.

From. The Ridge offers several outstanding views and an excellent tract for a reasonable rate.

The course was in very good shape and pleasing to the eye. The course is laid out in the foothills and has both blind shots and lots of uneven lies. I intend to return soon to work on my course knowledge.

Course is very good layout. It’s a good value for your money. Usually has very good green speed. I realize to present a quality product the greens must be punched a couple tomes a year, however, other courses mentioned the green treatment giving you the decision to play or pass. I spefically chose Turkey Creek to prepare for a tournament with fast greens . That wasn’t possible.

The course was quite moist/ soggy in spots and the grass was higher making it harder to find your ball. Lost more balls than usual but will try the course when it dries out.

This course is one of the exceptional golf courses that sets it apart from its competition. It has many spectacular vistas as well as challenges.

The course was very busy and carts were scarce. This caused us to be late to the tee even though we arrived thirty minutes early. Also the cart barn person was aware of people waiting for carts but took the key inside to the person controlling the tee sheet causing additional delay.

Once on the course, we waited frequently throughout the round. The round lasted 4 3/4 hours and skipped 17 & 18th holes. Never saw a Marshal or player assistant. They didn't have any beverage service on that day either. Like the layout, especially the back nine but condition was over played and needed a little money spent to greatly improve the experience.

The condition overall was good and the course was very pleasing to the eye, the greens were a little slower however the ran true and were smooth. Overall. A good test of golf and pleasant place to play
