Played On 03/05/2018Great day with my son!
We really enjoyed our day at Troon North. The course was difficult, but fair. Without having gotten "a deal" on GolfNow, we would've struggled with the cost/value. Course was in great shape but the greens were inconsistent..some fast others materially slower. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Dinner was very good and quite reasonable.

Teed us off about an hour behind a mini-tour event of some sort. No notice, no advance warning...found out about it when we called from the 7th tee (2 hrs in) to ask if the could please get a ranger on the course to get things moving. Took us 5 hrs to play. Not the friendliest folks either. Very disappointing given all we had read and what our expectations were. We won't be coming back!

A great place to play desert golf for the beginner...generous fairways, large greens and only a few forced carries make this a great course for your first desert golf experience. Highly recommended!
