Course in terrible condition

Greens were hard and fast and had more weeds and sand than grass. The tee boxes were 90% dirt and sand. The fairways are also in bad condition. This course is awful. The range was 95% dirt and no grass. I’ve never seen a golf course is such poor condition.

I usually play North Shore Golf Club for only $10 more than what it cost me to play at Rio Pinar. North Shore is night and day better compared to Rio Pinar. It’s in so much better condition, it’s not even close. I can’t believe that anyone actually golfs at Rio Pinar on a regular basis. It was awful. I saw in the pro shop that their annual membership is $4,200 per year ($350 per month). That’s insane! Even if Rio Pinar was worth $35 a round, you would have to play 10 times a month just to break even on the membership. I wouldn’t pay $1,000 for an annual membership to Rio Pinar.
