The course has a solid layout and was in excellent condition for late winter. Greens were probably cut too fast for their firmness and slope, given the average golfer who plays there. As a result, the round was a bit slow, about 4:45. Will play again.

Course was in great shape for late winter. Layout was fair, greens were challenging, very sloped and firm. Probably cut too fast for the average golfer. As a result, the pace of play was slow. 4:45 on the 11am shotgun.

Took 2.5 hours to play a relatively easy, mostly open 9 hole course. A lot of bad golfers, probably because of the multi-year, super cheap members they sold hundreds of. Almost got hit by others balls twice. Full of hacks never ready to play when it's their turn. Might play again, but not on a Sunday afternoon.

I purchased a Golfnow Hot Deal and it clearly said includes cart. The Golfnow Hot Deals for future times at this course all say includes cart.
The old guy at the bar said it didn't and made me pay for a cart.

Overall, there are too many blind tee shots, especially from the back tees and blind shots into areas where you can hit the middle of the fairway but the slope takes your ball into junk. Some of the greens were in rough shape too, too rough for how short/quick they had them cut. Not a long layout, but not a fun one either, for a resort course.
But the bunkers were well maintained.

The bunkers were well maintained. Fairways and tees were also in good condition. Many greens were not in good condition. Patchy and bumpy. And the greens were cut too short and fast for their condition.
Layout was short and annoying. Too many toyally blind tee shots from the back tees. Not a course I would like to play again.
Service was ok. Only saw the beverage cart once. Probably good, as there weren't any on-course bathrooms lNot good, as the layout does noot take you by the clubhouse between 9's.
Overall, not worth $125 green fees. Not really even worth the $65 Hot Deal price.

Course was in good shape for only a couple weeks into the season. Greens were kind of slow. Pace of play was great, hardly anyone on the course for a Saturday.

The Good: Beautiful new bar and clubhouse. Greens were in excellent condition and very challenging. Good layout. Couse was not busy.
Bad: Some of the tee boxes are bare. That's what happens when tee boxes are surrounded by trees and get no sun.
Ugly: The fairways. Not only are they half-dead due to what appears fungus, there are deep, up to a foot, dips that run across most of the fairways on the back 9. It looks like the drainage system has sunk. Also, they were still mowing the greens at 1pm and there was no rain that morning or night before.

Overall a good layout in good condition. Green fees are similar to Old Corkscrew, but Raptor is not as interesting/challenging of a layout and the condition is just good, not excellent like Corkscrew.

Overall, it's a fun course to play. Greens were excellent. Fairways were pretty good. Pace of play was a bit slow. Seems like there are a lot of bad golfers out there today

Excessive sandtraps excessive green elevations excessively difficult. Anybody who can't break a hundred on a normal course probably shouldn't be here anybody they can't break 90 won't break a hundred.

Overall good experience. A little disappointed with the lack of facilities and water available on the course. Most course is charging $100 well at least give you a bottle of water

A very enjoyable course. Even a little hilly for Florida. Greens were fast and firm. This, and a pretty challenging layout led to a fairly slow round. Would play it again. Probably not on a Saturday.

Played there on a Sunday. Got a good deal on a Hot Time on Golfnow. Unfortunately, it was right after a senior tournament. There were several foursome ahead of us of bad, slow painful to watch golfers. After almost 3 hours to play 9 holes, we quit.

Fun round of golf, variety of holes, a couple of blind shots.

Good course, seems to play longer than 6000 yards. Greens in excellent condition. Some fairways were half-dead, others were good.
Dont know why the club house was closed due to Covid, no others in the area are. Maybe to keep the regular drinks out.

Overall, great course and playing experience. Much better layout than the National.

Overall good experience with a disappointing ending. 16 and 17 are just bad golf holes, looks like they crammed the 2 holes into where there was room for 1. 18 is just okay, then there is the 1/2 mile drive back to the clubhouse. Play the International, it's a much better course.

Overall, one of the better courses and values. However, once again I found myself behind a group that was playing slow that wouldn't let people play through. It was actually a fivesome, and we spent 14 holes behind them. Their pace was okay for a five some, but that's not the point. And this isn't the first time, this has happened everytime I have played at Clifton. I don't know what the deal is. Most golfers in the area are very accommodating and let you play through almost immediately.
