Morning round, very good course with challenges on every hole. I played the back tees and enjoyed the challenge. Greens were in so-so shape but I would play the course again.

Played at 10am on an overcast day that was still very warm. The course was in pretty good shape, some of the bunkers were less than ideal but overall the course played well. Played the back tees (yellow) which added to the difficulty but it was still fair. Greens rolled pretty well only a few of them had odd stripes running through them like a mower was leaking fluid or something. I'd play it again for $38 for sure.

The course played fair but had some bad spots on the greens. I played the blue tees and enjoyed the great weather but the sand in some of the bunkers needs to be replaced. Overall enjoyable experience.

Course was in fairly good shape except for the bunkers. They need to fill every bunker with fresh sand. The last 3 holes were fine but the rest were awful.

Played on a Saturday at 1048am, slow pace of play. The bunkers were a disaster on every hole. The course was wet despite not having any rain for days. Won't play it again.

The course is almost impossible with its steel tabletop greens. Add in that they were very slow today and you have a recipe for high scores. This course is borderline unfair and average golfers will have a tough time with the creek on almost every hole. Challenging to say the least.

I booked a 7am tee time and played in under 3 hours. Course was amazing, greens were perfect! Great layout and 7600 yards from the tips. A MUST play.

I know it’s Covid season and all but this was just bad. Paid $73 on golf now to play and was surprised to learn the course was open even after 2 inches of rain the night before. They let me go as a single in between 2 foursomes which made pace of play torture. The greens were full of disease and bumpy followed by temporarily cups and flags standing about 2 ft high. There was standing water everywhere and to top it off they charged me $23 extra for a rider I had with me. Overall just a poor experience.

The Trails of Frisco is challenging to say the least. Tee shots need to be accurate in order to have a shot at the green. From the back tees this course will test every part of your game. The greens were a little bumpy and not all that quick, it took effort to get chips to the hole. (Like pitch and run instead of lob wedges). The bunkers need more sand ASAP! Beautiful layout overall with some semi-blind approach shots. I played it both Friday and Saturday for around $20 which is a great deal for this resort style course.

From the back tees this course gave me all I could handle. The course is in great shape and I can see how it has hosted several pro tournaments. Many holes play left to right so bring your fade. Greens rolled true and fast. For under $20 this course is a MUST PLAY!

Even from the back tees two par 5's are reachable easily in two. There are several par 4's that you can hit iron off the tee as well and still have a 9 iron for your second shot. The greens are very nice and roll true with cups that are cut correctly and reward accurate putts. I had a blast playing this course, there was plenty of water supplied for the players and the pace of play was great. I'll be back to this course very soon.

This gem is NOT to be missed. Very well maintained with difficult greens that roll true. From the back tees this course isn't extremely long but long hitters will be penalized for errant tee shots. Carts have GPS and are brand new. I will play this course again soon.
