We were paired with a couple from out of town and we had a wonderful time. Our only drawback was Mother Nature’s 35+ mph gusts that blew and made play a little interesting.

The day (temperature and light breeze) was perfect. There was no delay in play. Staff was courteous and our foursome had a great time. We finished with a cool drink and conversation at the outdoor patio.

Love playing at SI, however, when I booked the day I did not know it was cart path only!
It made the game, for me, a little tougher to walk having to carry sand and often a few clubs.

Needless to say, it was a very hot day so we were grateful for the side, ice filled cooler case to chill extra bottles of water!! We were greeted by a welcoming staff at the pro shop, the cart area, and the course ranger.
There were just a few times when we were wary of the correct path to the next hole, but, all in all, the holes were well marked.. And, of course, with this summer drought the course suffered some patchy areas.
After our game we relaxed in the grill with great food and beverage. That, and the lbeauty of the Catalinas made the day perfect!
