Great course for the average recreational golfer. Not too much water.

First time at Preakness Valley on a beautiful October day. Busy but well run operation with two courses. I found this course to be just the right size for my 90+ golf game. Smooth sailing the whole round even though there were plenty of patrons there that day.
Pleasant lunch on the patio watching duffers hit up to the last green. Easy ride from Rockland County NY, only 40 minutes.

Challenging hilly course with a military history theme. Currently under renovation. You start on hole five and finish on hole 4. Needs a new clubhouse but the grilled chicken sandwich and fries were more than fine. Courteous and helpful beer cart girl made several passes. Golf is great on this scenic course.

It's a real treat to play a course as nice as Mansion Ridge because it can be expensive. Finding a tee time on Golfnow that is half of the regular price makes it possible. We thoroughly enjoyed our round.

I wish my town had a public course as nice as this. Got a chance to play there for a real bargain price that I found on GOLFNOW. Usual price $75. I paid $40 for a 12:06 tee time with a drive cart. Also enjoyed the company of some fellow Rockland County people who I paired up with there. Best county in New York State.

Well maintained and well run golf course. The burgers from the restaurant were great too. To keep the course moving they advised us to take our lunches to-go and eat as we played or we would add hours to our round as you must fall back several groups when you stop. It's a strict policy, but it keeps things moving well.

Arrived on time for our reserved tee time. Played nine and stopped in the clubhouse for a burger at the turn. To our dismay, a children's shotgun tournament was starting 45 minutes later when we came out to play the back. There were little kids on every green and tee box. Our round was over. The manager did not offer any credit or even an apology for the scheduling error. He could not have been more obnoxious.
Not worth the trouble to play on this cow pasture.
