As in other courses near Sarasota, my major complaint is the USGA rating, which is so long that you have no chance to maintain your handicap, even if you play well. This course is another handicap killer. I chose to play white tees and failed to break 90 (greens and green complexes were tougher than most courses I have played). If I played the shorter tees, I could have scored much better, but the rating is low that the handicap would be crushed regardless. Overall it is a very challenging course with an interesting layout, good amenities, and decent value. If that sounds good to you, give it a try!

very expensive, ridiculously hard on the back 9, and rated very low by the USGA. I played bogey golf, true to my handicap, and when I entered my score of 90 the differential was 20,8. This place is murder on handicaps and very challenging on your game. I would be much more into it if the course rating were raised significantly. Also, it is too pricey for a course in mediocre condition and limited range faciliites.

Enjoyed it but can't afford the rates. MIddle nine (of 3) is exceedingly difficult. 10th hole is a nightmare. Third nine is more open and playable. Good condition, enjoyed the challenge.

Excellent value, good course for the money, good layout, decent course conditions. Staff was friendly but amenities are bare bones., I do recommend the course, but they have plenty of business already!

I liked the value in November. The USGA rating is absurdly low while it plays long and challenging from the white tees. Condition was fair to acceptable. Staff was just one person but she was super nice. If only they could get the rating raised, it would be a very good choice for the price range.

worst course I've played in Florida; should be $50 at most, but charged $80. Wo'n't let you use range because it is "private." poor layout, worse conditions. Worst value for the money I have seen in Florida - or anywhere. Strongly suggest to avoid this course, many better options in the area.

Poor condition. No range. Bad greens. Terribly overpriced.

Good layout. Mediocre condition. Very small greens which detract from play and score. Overall worth playing but not a good value at $69.
