What a great value for $25. Best turf to hit off of in the entire area. We have played 15 courses in Daytona area and this has the best turf and greens combo and friendliest staff around.

Halifax Plantation is one of the finest courses in Ormond Beach/Daytona Beach area. The holes area well defined with generous landing areas. The greens are never boring with moderate slopes and good speed on smooth surfaces. The restaurant, grillroom, and banquet areas are very nice and well maintained. Staff are friendly and courteous. I will go back.

This a good course to work on your game or for beginners at lowest cost for a par 72 you will find. A lot of dogleg lefts which is great for a lefty like me. Greens are medium sized and very smooth, ave. speed with a few bare spots but not a detriment to smooth rolling putts. Some carts are worn but we got a new one. We followed a twosome and played in 3.5 hours.

Interesting hole layouts and not repetitive. Greens are big smooth and faster than most in this area. Turf was in good shape. Good value for the price.

Would play this course again. Probably most fun of 8 courses played in this area. Had to carry clubs to practice range and putting green because they don't allow you o move your cart until time to tee off. Everything else was very nice.

We got a golfnow deal of under $35 and it is one of the top public courses. Excellent putting, chipping and range facility. Helpful friendly starter and pro shop. No cart girl but complimentary ice water provided.

The course gave a lot of elevated views from the tEes and excellent landing area definition and picturesque holes. Dramatic hunkering with penalizing lips to hit over. Just advancing the ball with a nine iron was the required shot from a lot of the fairway bunkers.greens were quick and smooth and held any high flying shot.
GPS cut out a lot.
Middle tees are a slope of 128. Very enjoyable.

best value in southeast florida. Generous landing areas, good turf, smooth greens, variety of traps and waste areas. Helpful and friendly staff.
