Cart paths were non-existent or in very poor shape. Many ball washers without towels. A porta-john on each side would have been appreciated. Seems that the new owners are a lot more concerned with the catering hall and neglecting simple golf course amenities. I'll try again next year, maybe.

Poor conditions. Fairways and greens could be better. My wife and I generally play here a few times a year, but this time it’s one and done. A shame to see upkeep fall off so badly this year.

Played Black Birch a few times this year and the condition of the course has improved each time. It’s getting greener since the drought. Greens in pretty good shape. Today, we played in 3 hrs and 15 minutes. Can’t beat it.

A good value. Considering the recent rain, course was in pretty good shape. Greens were in good condition. One of the better "munis" that the lovely and I have played.

All positives except the allocation of manpower. There were a ton of projects, maintenance, etc being performed, yet one guy with a leaf blower doing the greens would have made a big difference. There was too much stuff just laying on the greens.

Staff was friendly. Greens were in good shape. Challenging but not overwhelming layout. Play on adjacent fairways keeps you on your toes. A very enjoyable round.
