Course was in great nick! The fairways and rough = sublime. Greens were slightly bumpy, but overall very good. The pace of play was horrendous though. Played 5 hours as a three ball!

The fairways are absolutely bone dry with almost no grass covering. To give you an idea of how dry it is, on the 16th hole I hit a 400 yard 5-hybrid (rolled for almost 200 yards on the fairway). The greens were better, looks like they have been watered - but would not be back anytime soon.
