Nice course good facility but the Marshal/Players assistant and the starter needs to have a better understanding of how a golf course wirks.

At my tee time I was told by the starter that I woukd have to play as a single as the other 3 players I had been assigned to had not showed up, told him no way was I going to be stuck behind a packed field as a single and would simply not play.

This is a constant problem when booking as as a single on Golfnow, often they let the rest of the group go early or they are members that dont show up leaving singles stranded.

In this case the 3 some did turn up a few minutes late but the starter would have known this if he had bothered to call the pro shop.

The Players assistant Gave us s 10 minute lecture on the 2nd hole about pace of play and told us to move up to the gold tees as in his opinion were not suited to playing the green tees.

I am a 4 hcp and was not about to pay $110 to play a pitch and putt course based on the opinion of a person who needs to learn what customer service is all about.

We completed our round in 3 hours and 50 minutes, would have been 3 hours and 40 if the players assistant had not Rambled on about his great experiences for 10 minutes

Lots of other courses in the area don’t need thus nonsense which spoiled what could have been a good day of golf

Layout a bit so so but in good condition, seemed like a lot of the holes were the same, get that a lot in Florida. Eing so flat.

Good news unlike most courses I have played in Florida, they do have the prisms for laser rangefinders in the flagsticks.

Had a good day though with three nice guys from Michigan

If you are using Waze to find the course it will take you to the residents only gate, need to enter the street address not the course name.

Nice layout, the construction on the front 9 is a nightmare, heavy equipment running everywhere, poor signage and then some clown decided to open a valve pouring thousands of gallon of water and mud/sand actoss the cartpath on no.6 this resulted in the cart getting bogged to the axles and disabled, we had to wade out result played the rest of the round in wet feet and golf shoes ruined.

To be fair they got us s replacement cart but no apology or concern for our plight.

Squelched around for next several hours totally ruined the experience

Pace was sloooow no sign of a marshall resident trying to cut in and make a bad situation worse.

No water on the course and nobody told us before we went out, consequently dehidrated by the turn... dangerous. saw a drinks cart once on th 10th hole come on guys its hot out there what are you thinking.

Course layout good and condition of the course outside of the major construction areas was good but would not play again whilst construction going on and would not recommend for above reasons especially at very expensive green fees, there are plenty of other courses out there.

I booked on golfnow to play in a foursome, when I checked in I was told that I would be playing with 2 members and a young chinese girl who was aspiring to become a professional golfer.

When I got to the starter the two members had already gone ahead of the tee time and the chinese girl when she arrived somewhat rudely stated that she did not want to play with me and would proceed alone, leaving me high and dry.

Frankly if she ever wants to make it to the professional ranks she needs to learn some manners.

Fortunately another single turned up about 20 minutes later which saved me bagging it for the day and I had a pleasant day with the young man from Mexico city marred only by the condition of the greens on the back nine.

The South couse was superb, great layout in fantastic condition, not so the North course, the greens had been very recently aerated and were very poor ( not disclosed on golf now, very poor form Grand Cypress) which spoiled a day which was looking up for a while.

We came across numerous discarded balls a couple of times almost hit the wrong ball and assume these carelessly left behind by the chinese girl ahead who was playing multiple balls.

So I would play the course again if conditions were right but not book on golfnow because this issue with booking as a single and being messed around by the starter is getting old.

Enjoyed the round with some nice people.

Course in very good condition.

Disappointed that the rate offered to guests at the hotel were much more expensive than those available to the general public by golf now and other websites.

Great course but very slow group in front of us, no marshal on the course

Then when returned rental clubs was told had to wait for the right guy to come and check them, by this time had about enough of waiting so walked away. Very expensive to rent clubs $25 more than I paid at Hyatt Cypress

Meal voucher included but restaurant was closed so really not much point.

An ok golf course but not worth the $100plus green fees which is charged.

No marshall to keep players moving, bunkers in appalling condition , seems nobody bother to rake them.
