Green in great shape
Only needs to have a new lay out for hole 10, as it’s changed and there is no description of the new hole at all

Hard holes but not saying that’s a bad thing, biggest issue I felt was the fact there are so many houses along the course , it takes away from the feeling your on a course and more like your hitting balls in a yard, but good lay out just has no real vibe, great for iron play tho, 3.5/5
