Well ol Pete has given you a treat for your eye. Generous landing areas off the ree blocks, but don't hit to much club...it's all about creating the angle in for the second shot....this is where it gets tougher...greens are mounded and big slopes off the side of the greens. Fairways are nice...rolling some after overseeding....greens have decent speed...you will earn a good score here.

course is looking good with very manicured grounds, greens rolling nice after overseeding.Good experience but you really can't play summer rules because of the mud on your ball after most shots hit from tee or iron approach shots

Starter was very engaging and suggested what tee combo to play...which lead to a very enjoying round....shotmakers course with greens guarded by typical Pete Dye traps, swales, and wooden ties.Fun course great rolling greens

Not a over challenging course, but in good shape . Greens are nice and roll consistently. Fairly wide driving fairways. Good place to take mid handicappers

Nice course with three nine hole layouts. Greens are rolling nicely, fairways in very good shape. Fairly wide fairways, but water does come into play on many holes. Great staff and nice patio bar to catch a cold one after the round,and pace of play for us was 4 hours. Only negative is some holes have alot of bird poop due to many geese,ducks,pigeons who are attracted to the water there.

Nice layout challenging course but recent overseed ....greens currently like putting on a shag carpet.......wait a month or 2 and tee it up here

Nice 6000 yard course with a couple of tough opening holes. The holes become easier with a lot a straight away holes. Not a very challenging course but fun s nd will become a very playable course once the overseeding kicks in

This about the sixth time I have played the course in 8 years. It has always been in very good shape. This year it was top notch. The greens are very nice and consistent. Nice staff and good pace of play. Good value and experience!

Nice layout with tees that brings as much challenge as you wantt to biite off.Great staff and they make a priority of making your round under 4 ours 30 min.The only thing slightly negative was the greens were not very smooth to roll putts on and a few bumpy...otherwise a good experience

After reading about how the course had been brought back to being drier and more playable I decided it was time to head back to Port Ludlow and give it a shot again. What I discovered was a course that needs to be drier and mowed closer. The fairways are the depth the rough should be and the rough was rough alright. The greens were very smooth but so slow. It appeared to my group that it was way over watered, probably worried it might get too dry. My suggestion would be set the mowers lower and cut it to a level that would make this course top notch.

Been wanting to play this course every time I come to Arizona, and finally did. Sure was worth it! Very distinct playable holes especially the last (wicked six) holes. Bonus was the excellent patio and lunch menu. Will most definitely be back.

This little gem is tucked away up in the mountain range of North phoenix,but worth the effort to drive to and play. Very beautiful and well manicured with scenic tee shots and great views! May take 1 round to know where to aim your tee shotshirt but very enjoyable. Not really a course for higher handicappers though as you might go through quite a few balls.only negative is played in the afternoon and pace was a little slow (due to high handicappers in front of us) good value and memorable.

This course is one of best values in the NW! A fair test of golf with fantastic mature true greens. One of the best values for your money and a nice restaurant with a very friendly staff.Kudos to Darryl and his crew!

This classic course is really in top shape! Greens were quick and holding nice and very playable yardage from the white tees. Nice cool breeze also that gives you that relaxing vibe that adds to the enjoyment of playing here. Good value and worth the trip.

Found this course to be challenging with a slope of 137 from the blue tees. Fairways are generous enough but we'll placed fairway bunkers. Shots hit into it a lot of the greens require a higher type shot to carry water or bunkers. Fairways in great shape greens roll good but could be a little quicker. Wouldn't recommend for a player over a 20 handicap.clubhouse help a little young and thought the overall management of the course should be tightened. Love the tap room and menu! Over all a good experience

A truly nice golf day awaits here. Very we'll maintained course, with the scenic Olympic mountains and hood canal . Challenging front nine and scorable back .
