I played the course late in the year and was pleasantly surprised by the conditions. Greens were cut and rolling well and they had the carts at 90 degrees. Pace of play was slow as several groups were backed up by a slow twosome.

I don’t love how you need to book in 2 or 4 and there is no range or practice facilities. Don’t pay full summer ratesof$100.

The experience starts when you walk up. You cannot see much of the course as much of the view of the course is blocked by the club house. Walking through the narrow passage from the parking lot to the practice area makes for a grand entrance. Amazing performance center with perfectly manicured grass all around. Within the performance center is a great bar which is next to the driving range. Great links style golf course with lots of water, fescue and deep sod bunkers. The round isn't cheap ($105 w a cart on the weekend) and during prime playing time rounds can be long 4.5 - 5 hours as people take in the scenery and also look for a lot of balls.

I played the course in the middle of October. Greens were in great condition.

It was busy out on the course with a large number of senior groups which would have slowed down play but they let me play through.

The staff are uptight (frank policy) to the point of being condasendinv about golfnow. The layout of pretty good bit the greens are pretty rough. If you get a good hot deal it's worth it if not there are better courses. Pace of play at this course is a serious problem.

There were holes in the fairway of just mud where all the grass washed away from puddles sitting to long and the bunkers had no sand, never takes.

Played int the middle of February and The course conditions were pretty good. Greens hadn't been cut and were bumpy but were playable. Even the bunkers were in pretty good shape which was surprising for the time of year. The course is very walkable so if you are looking to get out during the winter on a nice day I recommend. Jus know the course is going to be full. We teed off a full half an hour after our scheduled tee time because they were backed up.

If you are down in the south suburbs this is a must play. Great layout and can find great deals on golf now. Fairways were nice. Tee boxes could be better maintained.

I played here as other courses weren't open for the year yet. Course was in horrible condition. Several Holes were closed and the course used temporary holes. Greens weren't mowed or cut for what seemed like last fall. You could not get the ball to the hole no matter how hard you hit it. Long, Slow Bumpy. I would not have been a big deal if proshop would have told us this prior to paying but they didn't and charged us a full rate of $70. It appears the owners doesn't care anymore and are only trying to squeeze as much money out it as they can.

Fun links style course. Starter was very sarcastic and rude. Talked to us like we never played golf before. Conditions were okay. Greens were firm even after a lot of rain. Didn't roll real smooth. There are large fairways and were in pretty good condition.

Played a round during midweek. Got a great deal on golf now. Played 18 as part of a foursome in under 4 hours. Great Pete Dye layout. Conditions of tees, fairways and rough were very good. Greens had a lot of ball marks but putted well. If you haven't played here you should check it out.

Great course layout. Difficult course. Big large undulating greens and elevation changes.

There are two really cool par 3s over water. One is to a complete island green. Fairways are pretty generous and the rough is cut short so you can spray the driver a little bit. Greens are pretty big and putting can be challenging.

Amazing range, and incredible club house with a great bar.

The conditions Of the course we're below expectations. Several of the holes were badly damaged by people playing earlier in the day. Fairways and green were average public course conditions. Fine but not great.

The course is fun. Not terribly difficult. Played on a Tuesday afternoon and the course to ourselves.

Conditions were good.

We were hassled by the ranger about speeding our play on the 2nd hole after we were waiting on the group in front of us, which we played through after the fourth hole. The fairways were in nice condition but the layout pretty boring. There was a large party blasting hip hop music from outside the club house and several carts with boom boxes. If you are serious golfer this place is not for you.

I booked a hot deal through golf now and received great value for the price. All the carts have GPS and the course conditions were good, especially for a public course getting a lot if play.

The pace of play was slow as it took over 4 hours for a twosome on a Tuesday. We waited on almost every hole on the back nine. This was due to our group only having two and a foursome several groups ahead.

Booking through golf now got a good rate. The fairways and greens are in nice condition. Due to all the rain a lot of sand washed out of the bunkers. No sand but around the lip of the bunkers. Also there were weeds in some areas of the rough. Played a twosome at 9 am on a Sunday and didn't have to wait on any shots. Completed the round in under 3 1/2.
