Fairways growing in slowly. Greens in good shape and rolling well for this time of year. Would be nice if they would rake the traps at the start of the day. Stupid slow 4.5hr + round.....I thought it ridiculous that on two par 5s the Senior tees were the same as the White tees on our day of play.

A fun layout that can accommodate a range of handicaps. Lots of interesting short game shots and driveable par 4s. I think par 3 5th needs to be redone and lengthened. ..both par3s on the front 9 are just pw-9i from the white tees.

Fairways were reseeded.. extremely bare. Greens were tined, bumpy and slow. I can't see conditions improving until warmer Spring weather....but I hope I'm wrong. Cart path only on several holes, but no temp greens or tees.

Stopped here on our way to Richmond Va from the Northeast. Fun round, beautiful course. Better than expected. A bonus, we avoided the Baltimore/DC traffic on I95! We'll be back if it fits our plans.

Classic layout in great condition for the price point. We played Quarry-Rail. Sand traps were nicely framed, contoured, with actual sand. Nice definition between fairways and rough....wish it were closer, but worth the drive. If you haven't played in a while, I think you will be pleasantly surprised. I wish the new owners well.

Course design was always good...traditional tree lined layout, easy walk (although you do have to cross street roads). The condition, especially traps and greens are greatly improved. It's amazing how increasing the speed of the greens reveals subtle breaks and nuances that are loss at slower green speeds. Many of the traps are recontoured, and although there is not a lot of sand in most traps....the traps were not flooded and look and play like real sand traps. The crew also did a great job removing leaves from playable areas. Drainage seems to be improved as I have not seen flooding on holes 11 and 17 all season. Enjoyable round!
