Close it down and start over. Even with overseeding and cart path only the conditions were bad. Tee boxes dug up, weeds growing in the rough, cart paths with potholes everywhere and greens with bare spots are examples of what awaits you. It might be cheap and that’s what you get

The greens and tee boxes were in excellent condition. The sand is good. We would play again in the next two weeks, but they are extending cart path only for another 14 days.

I commented a week ago about the rough. Way too long! The in course restroom on the Blue Course was not clean. Had to call in about lack of water on the Blue Course. We do keep coming back, as we can always get in on the weekend.

We always enjoy Hyland Hills and can get on the Blue Course on weekends. The rough was really thick and needed mowing.

Also, there appeared to be a 5-some in front of us.Is that allowed?

And I do have to comment that there needs to be a sign on the 8th whole. The tees are all within 10 yards of each other. The long ball hitters wait way to long to hit, and then the ladies hit. The ladies should hit first. There is always a backup on this hole..

This is a nice challenging course, but the tee boxes are not well -spaced. On a 500-yard while they are no more than 10 yards apart. On the 8th hole they are less than that. And the 8th hole needs a sign about pace of play. The men think they can reach the creek and wait way too long. The women could be hitting as the boxes are right together, but they wait. A sign would be nice.

Overseeding completed and fairways in good shape. Greens also good but cosmetically looking rough. New electric carts. Pace of play was good and marshalls were out monitoring.

Some holes in good condition others unplayable. Apparently they updated the irrigation system last year and let conditions degrade sharply. Got a discounted rate as one hole was closed another hole was being reseeded.The first cut was very thick and hard to play. Not going back this year.

This is a nice little executive course and the tee boxes, fairways, and greens were in great condition. The pace of play broke down on about the 14th hole. There was no marshall to speed things up. The tee boxes are fairly spaced.

The course was advertised as having a GPS. They are old and ours was not working. They are also going to need to update the clubhouse and the on-course restrooms.

It was Thanksgiving Day so they closed the clubhouse by the time we came back in. They would not open the building for restroom use before a long drive. I would only golf here again if it was a short drive.

The list of negatives was long and varied. Fairways and tee boxes were in terrible condition. Greens were generally better but not great. When we arrived there were not enough carts and we had to wait. There was no marshall on the course and pace was slow. Trash cans overflowed from the morning rounds. The facilities are dated and dingy and the only saving grace was that we didn't pay much for our round. We won't be going back.

This is a nice course with very friendly staff. Th front nine is easier than the back nine. They built this beautiful community and did not build any restrooms. Only Portapotties. Unacceptable! A resident said that Lennar offered to donate land, but the golf course does not want to spend the money. We will not be returning.

The course was in fair condition for spring. They have put a new restroom conveniently located on 4 and 14. As we did not see a towel bucket at the first hole, we thought we would wet our towels, but no water.

The start was on the 10th hole, which is a par 3. We were 15 minutes late starting and then backed up when we did start.

There were no water containers on the course for drinking water. Most courses have put these out now. The slow group in front of us was delayed further by going in for water.

I like the course, but it is too far for us. And I found the water several times.

The sand traps were like concrete. I just do not play them anymore. A pro would never have to deal with that.

Tea boxes and fairways in average condition for the time of year. Greens actually better than that. Sand areas virtually unplayable due to being wet and very Hard.

Great conditions following the overseading with all surfaces in shape. If you like a more traditional Arizona style course, this is worth the cost.

The course is in bad condition. Fairways and tee boxes the worst. Greens a bit better. Facilities are worn out and in need of major overhaul. Get it real cheap or look elsewhere.

It is always fun to play this course. But, we left early today due to the pace of play. We had some players who thought they could hit really long. They really slowed us down. They were also rude with their music, Would not turn it down. And I think I saw you sell Bluetooth speakers. Golfers used to be polite. Not any more.

Your on course restroom is quite filthy. It needs updating.

This course is well maintained and challenging.. Still working on some repairs but greens in good early season shape.

This course is in tough condition. The tee boxes were rough and not mowed. The greens had very large patches of no grass. No one is repairing ball marks, except me.

The round was over 5 hours, with no marshall on the course.

Staff was very friendly, but that does not compensate for the entire experience.

Course in good condition after over seating. Well organized start although it was very busy. Greens in good condition as well. A good course for a mid to high handicapper.

We golfed here several years ago. We were not impressed. I do not remember much now, but I knew I did not want to go back. What I did remember was that there were some people on the 3rd whole who should nit have been there. I am thinking they have redeveloped the area. It was in great condition and very pleasant. We will return.

This is our favorite course right now even though there are inconveniences due to the pandemic. The silliest of which is the lack of a printed scorecard. The course is in find condition and the staff does a good job of staying on top of most things some tea boxes have been roughed up but the fairways and greens for the most part are very playable we like the layout a lot and find it both challenging and satisfying.
