Love this up and down mountain track. Wide open on most holes, other than the tough par 5s. Lots of chances to gamble and pres too. Greens roll well and are all big time tiered. Loved this place and will be back soon.

Holes are being changed up, and #1 taken out thus far. If you use free gps apps, they will likely be off for a while.

The course is one of my favorites ever under $50, follows a great river setting and rolling fairways.

Greens ran average speeds but rolled really nice.

Compared the course we played that was nearly twice as much the day before, this course was in better shape!

the greens are slow and shaggy, the fairways need a hair of work. Its a local muni in VA beach, its not super long and it pretty tight with a ton of water for a muni. If you go in expecting a $35 course, you'll get your money worth, if you expect a gem, this is not for you.

18 holes of well laid out challenging course. Bunkers and water everywhere, and respectably long from the back tees. A few of the fairways need some work, and there are some spots that need overhaul too. This course is some TLC away from being what it was intended, As is now, there are better tracks available for this price range.

After a few years struggling, Runk and Pratt have returned this course to where it needs to be. This is the best public course in Roanoke right now, I've played them all and decided to join here based on that info.

Course is open, not a ton of trouble. Not terribly long, but still a good challenge. Rolling hills, pretty course. Greens ran real well for the winter. Super value for the price in my opinion. Would certainly play again.

Played on a rainy Saturday, but course was still in great shape and played nice. Both tight and open holes, long and short. Very much a risk vs reward course. Will certainly be back many more times.

After years of steady decline this place is lost now. No current greens keeper certified to spray chemicals and greens are pretty much lost. 2 temp greens today. Fairways are trash as are tee boxes. This place is awful these days, save the drive to the middle of no where and play somewhere else.

One of about 4 or 5 courses in Roanoke that are all about the same cost and the same shape. Fairways were not the best by any means. Greens were fast and rolled nice, probably the best of the public courses in the Valley right now.

Course is not long, fairly open, nothing major hard by any means.

I typically play here 3-4 times a year. Right now the greens are rolling pretty good, the fairways were rather shaggy and in need or work in some places. This track is seemingly going down hill over the past 2-3 years compares to what the other courses in the area look like.

Good greens and fairways, short little course. Used this as a place to take my 91 year old grand father for 9. Nice practice course or warm up.

Greens, fairways are legit here. Ball rolls very smooth on puts. Course layout is pretty challenging but nothing like TPC course and not very long either. Solid experience here, I thought this was in the best shape of the public courses in bella vista.

It’s out there. Course is very short. Greens are very small. Greens run well and are well kept. Fairways are what you’d expect for this price. You can play all day for $30. Fun little course for sure, especially for youth. If you are looking for a harder layout this is not it. If you are looking for an affordable afternoon and fun times, this is it.

Fairways need some work, looks like its late august and we haven't had much rain. Buts its mid june. Greens rolling fast and true, they look great.

Best track in VA for the price. Extremely great layout, you won't find any better. Course needs some work, but we played after 2 weeks of monsoon rains so it could be expected.
