This was my first time playing this course and I was very impressed. I played the south course and the greens were perfect the layout is tough but fair. Keep the ball in the fairway and you will have a good look at birdie. There are a lot of elevation changes and some forced carries over canyons. They all look farther than they are and it should be no problem if you are playing from the appropriate tees. Overall this is a great course and the views are worth the price. I will return to play the North course.

I played the Fazio course early there was only one group ahead of mine and the pace of play was excellent. The fairways were excellent and the rough was fair it made you think about club selection if you ended up in the rough. The bunkers are playable not too much sand but they still allowed for getting the ball close to the hole if you played the proper shot. The greens were slow on putts but it was tough to have the ball stick on approach shots that was the toughest thing to adjust to . Overall this is a great course and the staff was very friendly and helpful

I played Bayonet after playing at Pebble Beach and before playing Spanish Bay Bayonet is an excellent course the fairways are perfect the greens afast and have lots of twists and turns. The fairways are tree lined to accuracy off of the tee is a must. I have not mentioned the great views of the bay you can be in the middle of a Forrest and look out to a great view of the bay. The starter was extremely friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this course in addition to the big name courses.

This course is fun and unique. It’s as close as we get to links golf in San Diego. You can play a variety of shots into the greens so creativity is rewarded. The greens are usually smooth and quick with subtle breaks. The fairways are tight and firm the ball rolls out a lot so that has to be considered off the tee. Overall this is an excellent course.

I have playe at Eastlake many times before and it is one of my favorite courses because of the layout and the friendliness of the staff. I will give Eastlake staff time to try and fix the course as it sits now it is not worth going the 4th green is healing and the 14th green should be closed it is not in any condition to be played. I hope the overseeding works because this is truly a nice course. Fix the greens and fairways and I will return to play one a week like I did for a very long time

Salt Creek is a fun course with tight fairways and usually fast greens. They are adding actual sand to the bunkers so that will help overall. The lay out is challenging and is a links style course where you can play a variety of shots. I like playing this course often because the lay out is so different than the typical California golf course. I would recommend this course to any golfer while the course is challenging it offers plenty of opportunities to score

The course is in fantastic shape the greens roll true and the fairways are very nice. The views from the elevated tees are spectacular. Overall a challenging but fair course.
