Southern Hills Plantation
Played On 12/18/2019Cart Path Only No Fun
With an inch and a half of rain the night before, course was “cart path only”... which made it difficult to play even though it was a rain free sunny day. We felt a few holes should have been cart path only while most holes were very useable. There was also the 90 degree option that could have helped. Its a great course with friendly staff... but playing the course cart path only detracted from enjoying the round.
Deer Ridge Golf Club

Deer Ridge is a nice but challenging course...primarily due to hilly lies. Beautiful layout. Clubhouse is impressive with great food.
Chippewa Golf Club
Played On 05/22/2016Nice course; slow play
Chippewa is a really nice course that we enjoy playing from time to time. But, on this day one of the first groups out was very slow...making play slow for all groups that followed. Course staff should have had a ranger to manage play!!
